Karan is also the 10th player in the world to take 5 wickets in a match at this tournament.
Sam Curran took 5 wickets while spending 10 runs in 3.4 overs, thus Team Afghanistan went out by just 112 runs in 19.4 overs. Speaking of the greatest bowling figure in T20 World Cup history, former Sri Lankan spinner Ajantha Mendis is at the top of her game. She took 6 wickets against Zimbabwe in the year 2012 at Hambantota wicket. The former mystery spinner had spent just 8 runs in 4 overs.
